For the Elegant Modern Bohemian Bride
Our love is to craft hand~beaded whimsical and elegant heirloom headpieces for the mystically beautiful & windswept bride standing on the edge of her dream
WELCOME to our store
We are so happy to be here, making you some lovely things in our studio nestled in the loft of a 120 yr old cottage in northwest Montana (more on that soon).
"The Poet's Wife" is something so sweet and special to me: to create artful heirlooms for brides...I'm swirling with thoughts of making things for these epic and powerful ceremonies to seal the bond and celebrate the love. Oh turn me loose!
Every piece is custom made-to-order; and depending which item it is (some are more complex), will ship between three days and three weeks. I will let you know in your confirmation email your time frame.
These pieces are truly heirloom bespoke art for the bride, flower crowns for the bride and her coming tribe.
HEART & SOUL in beads
Beads...delicate, precious...and when strung together and woven into flowers they glow with the sweet freshness of a high mountain meadow.
The bride...intricate and complex is her heart, her vision, her dreams...and when realized into this moment - her wedding - she is a vision of mystical beauty.
We believe in capturing those artful visions of the soul, and weaving them into the crown that will float upon her head.
FROM THE MEADOW to the manor
It's the poetry of it all, the expression of what you feel in your soul and your spirit - made into a headpiece..the image of yourself that you present to your tribe and to your groom.
Personally, I could be happy with either. To be a maiden of the meadow... the cottage life, the forest fairy....or, the manor - the manicured garden, the sculpted fountain, the marble floors.Truly it is YOU-the heart, soul, and spirit that will join and become one. Allow me to manifest that vision into a headpiece for you to wear and pass down to your daughter.
INSPIRATION in vintage
I'm absolutely enraptured by the ornamental embossed artistic designs on the covers and spines of vintage books. Certainly one of my main inspirations, along with the epic, lush, dreamy libraries they live in.
Oh, and of course, The Poet. The Poet who writes His spirit upon our hearts, who cultivates our passions and distills our dreams. Who calls things that are not yet, as though they are; who draws out the flame of the soul, the light in the eye, and the meaning in every footstep.
